SaskEnergy Procurement Presentation: Fabrication Services – Request for Proposals

Description

SaskEnergy will be providing a presentation for an upcoming procurement competition, Fabrication Services – Request for Proposals. The objective of the presentation is to give SIMSA members high level information about the project’s scope of work and the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.

The presentation will include a brief introduction of SaskEnergy, Facilities Engineering, and Purchasing groups. The presentation will also contain high level information on the project’s scope of work and types of fabrications that are being requested via this RFP i.e. structural steel, natural gas piping, skidded assemblies and tanks. The planned schedule of the RFP issuance, Procurement process and RFP evaluation criteria will also be discussed. The successful steel fabrication company via the RFP process will be retained for up to five years.
