About the presenter

Mark is an accomplished Supply Chain Executive with 48 years of experience in both industry and consulting.  He has experience in operator and service organizations and has significant experience in Supply Chain transformation, Supply Chain systems and strategic & global sourcing.  Mark has detailed knowledge of supply chain operations, total cost of ownership (TCO) and supplier relationship management (SRM) and is current on leading developments and trends in the supply chain function.  He possesses a thorough understanding of both theory and application. Case examples of Mark’s work have been used at the Amos Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College and in Timothy M. Laseter’s book “Balanced Sourcing” (Josey-Bass Publishers).
