SIMSA presents Dominic Rubino - “Winners and Losers at Work – Building the Right Culture starts with Leadership”

Business Coaching that's about reality, not theory.

Since 2000, he has built and sold 2 different multi-national companies. One was a large mail order retail/pharmacy company ( 140 employees) and in the other he was the global franchisor for a business coaching company, built on the materials and expertise of Brian Tracy (237 Franchisees).

His most recent Forbes article is HERE - "Three Tips For Entrepreneurs Struggling To Turn A Profit"

This session will be a lunch and learn for contractors who want to learn the silver bullets other companies are using to build high performing teams

Why this subject?

This is what other companies do when they want a great crew that runs like clockwork, and gets things done on time without blame or excuses.

Who is Dom and why is he here?

I almost imploded an entire company because I didn’t have a handle on the simple picture I’ll share with you over lunch. Its easy to draw, and dead simple to understand.

Some people like to tinker on cars, I like to tinker on companies so they run smoothly, perform great and are fun to be in.

I’m a serial entrepreneur, a proud husband and father, and a horrible fly fisherman.

I’ll share lessons I’ve learned in business that have come through both my failures and my successes.

Its part of working smarter, not just harder. You can also hear me on the Podcast- ProfitToolBelt – find it online and get short, impactful takeaway lessons for contractors.
