Presenter Bios:

Sebastien Tremblay is a Winnipeg based Technical Sales Representative for Lincoln Electric who has covered Manitoba and Saskatchewan since 2004. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sherbrooke University and an MBA from HEC Montreal. Sebastien has experience will the full line of Lincoln Electric products including welding equipment, consumables, welding fume management and welding automation. He supports local customers with a wide variety of projects including documented cost reductions and assists in welding process changes. Finally, he coordinates the Lincoln Electric welding education product offering in Canada and Lincoln’s participation in the Skills Canada competition.

Spencer Strangman is a Technical Sales Representative for Lincoln Electric, who is based in Saskatoon. Since 2017, he has worked with the Lincoln Winnipeg Office to cover all of Saskatchewan. Spencer holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta. He works with customers in a variety of industries, such as: mining, agricultural manufacturing, custom fabrication, structural steel fabrication, energy, educational institutes and maintenance and repair facilities. Spencer works with local customers to provide documented cost reduction analyses, assistance on alloy projects and demonstrates advanced welding solutions.
