In this virtual event, Phil Germain, CEO of Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board, will provide an overview of a multi-year program designed to improve outcomes and customer service on the following:

  • new IT system
  • new processes
  • new training and structure to support above items

You will also learn about opportunities for employers to help improve the system:

  • accurate payroll reporting
  • timely reporting of claims
