In a perfect world, we’d all get along all the time, there would always be a rainbow in the sky and everything in your career and business would run smoothly. But unfortunately, the world is not perfect. Salespeople, procurement people, business leaders, and entrepreneurs often are involved in or trying to resolve conflict amongst clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Conflict is a part of life. It happens. Your ability to identify, understand, analyze, and resolve conflict directly impacts your performance and the performance of those around you. Not to mention the positive effects on workplace harmony.

This conflict resolution course is designed to introduce you to the principles of conflict resolution and for you to practice your conflict resolution skills. We will teach you how to diagnose conflict, manage conflict, and resolve conflict. You will learn, be able to distinguish, and practice the conflict resolution in a roleplay scenario.

Mark, is a speaker, podcast host, well-known negotiation expert, serial entrepreneur and winner of several negotiation training awards.

Being born into a family of entrepreneurs, Mark always felt most at home when selling, negotiating, and managing conflict.

Mark worked his way up in the corporate world through sales and procurement roles getting exposed to a number of different industries.

It quickly began attracting readers and listeners from across the globe, and soon people began to reach out to Mark to provide training. The inbound requests became so great, that Mark could no longer ignore these requests and he decided to leave the corporate world to pursue the development of Negotiations Ninja full time.

Negotiations Ninja quickly gained notoriety, grew very quickly and has subsequently delivered training to some of the largest companies in the world on most major geographies, including; North America, Central America, Europe, Asia, and Africa
