Lunch and Learn: NGen’s Subsidized Leadership Program

Join NGen, a federal funded Global Innovation Cluster, in learning about their Transformational Leadership Program - TLP (subsidized 80%), where they will take up to 12 of your leadership team to:

• Learn about best-in-class practices in global manufacturing and benchmark your organization
• Develop your strategic transformation roadmap and gain alignment across your team
• Identify your organization’s critical skills gaps within your workforce to successfully execute your transformation strategy
• Business gaps & opportunities for growth identified

*The TLP is not training for your leadership team, it is preparing them to lead your transformation.

Companies completing the program will have the tools and insight needed to design a customized roadmap for their transformation and growth.

NGen Workforce Transformation Funding is available on a first-come first-served basis for 300 manufacturers and 1,000 existing employees distributed amongst the manufacturers taking part in the program.
