SIMSA & BHP Roundtable

SIMSA & BHP Roundtable will be on Thursday, November 5th at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon.

At this SIMSA members-only event, over 30 key BHP representatives will attend for the day and present on various key topics and network with SIMSA members.

In support of upcoming business opportunities within the Jansen Operations Procurement Plan, registered attendees have the option to attend supplier engagement meetings during the roundtable to connect with BHP subject matter experts and tier 1 contractors through structured 15-minute one-on-one discussions (B2B).

Each topic area will have two discussion tables staffed by BHP SMEs from Operational Procurement teams and Tier 1 Contractors.

Participants must self-register in advance for meetings in the following eight topic areas:

• Enterprise & Tech
• Processing
• MRO
• New Product/Innovation
• Site Engineering
• Mining
• Tier 1 Contractor (Sandvik)
• Tier 1 Contractor (Cementation)

Once you have purchased your ticket to the roundtable, you will be able to sign up for B2B meetings during the event - look for sign up information in your purchase confirmation email.  Registration for B2B meetings closes on October 29. There is a limit of three (3) meetings per SIMSA member company.  

This event is for SIMSA member companies only – not members' subsidiaries, joint venture partners, suppliers, parent companies, etc. All membership fees must be current in order to attend.
