Event Details

An in-person event with BHP on the Jansen project and procurement. The event will include presentations and networking opportunities. 

This is a SIMSA members-only event (no subsidiaries, joint venture partners, suppliers, parent companies, etc. are allowed - only the member company is allowed). There is a limit of 4-tickets per SIMSA member company.

Late registrants or those trying to register at the door will be turned-away. Registration closes November 14th at 9:00 am.

Opening remarks will be by James Agar, BHP's Group Procurement Officer. About James Agar:

20 years in executive roles across Finance, Commercial, Investor Relations and External Affairs functions.

James is currently BHP's Group Procurement Officer, leading a global team responsible for procurement activities across the enterprise and developing strategic procurement plans and supplier partnerships to create value through productivity, innovation, social value and decarbonisation.

James joined BHP in 2002 and is a Chartered Accountant.

Topics through the morning will include updates and essential supplier information.
